• As a developer, I oversee the development of SIGAP (Public Administration Information and Management System), Timor-Leste's largest system. It manages employee data for over 39,000 individuals in 110+ government institutions, utilizing web-based technologies, including PHP;
• Optimize UI and UX design with Bootstrap for utmost perfection;
• Efficiently design tables, views, triggers, procedures, and functions within PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, adhering to best practices and optimizing for performance;
• Develop Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and Web Services with the purpose of facilitating seamless information exchange among diverse institutions;
• Due to our collaborative team structure, which consists of three developers, inclusive of myself, I am additionally entrusted with the oversight of version control for our codebase using the GIT version control system;
• I oversee updates, transitioning the system from Development to Testing, Training, and Production across four distinct servers;
• I assist Software Engineering in creating Requirements Analysis for new modules;
• This system incorporates advanced features, such as Employee Cards utilizing QRCode Verification Technology. It also automates data updates based on sophisticated criteria, showcasing its robust capabilities;
• As a team, we manage the end-to-end Development Process, encompassing Data Analysis, Implementation, and Maintenance, following the SCRUM framework for an organized and efficient workflow;
• We rigorously ensure system quality and efficiently manage workflows, applying the ITIL Method, considering Priority, Impact, and Urgency.
